GUARDD Expands Service Offering to Include Rule 144 / Form 15C2-11 Disclosure for Secondary Trading of Private Securities

    October 25, 2022

GUARDD publishes required data in a nationally recognized securities manual. It is the private market solution equivalent to EDGAR for public companies.

"Investors in public companies depend on financial filings to make informed investment decisions about those companies. GUARDD serves an analogous role for private companies," said Jim Dowd, PPEX ATS.

GUARDD has expanded its service offering to include Rule 144 and Form 15C2-11 compliance reporting. This expansion enables GUARDD to provide comprehensive disclosure services for private companies seeking secondary market liquidity.

Rule 144 governs the resale of restricted and control securities, while Form 15C2-11 requires broker-dealers to review and maintain certain information about issuers before publishing quotations for their securities.
